We chose this cruise based on price as we traveled with 7 family members. Embarkation was a little out of control and took too long. We arrived really early as well.

The ship was very pretty but the design is old fashioned in my opinion. It was clean and the entry sail was smooth- barely felt the ship move which was great.

The decks were kind of choppy and the flow of the 4000 plus passengers ended up having tons of people walking through the various lounges and such during activities.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Stateroom was nice and typical for a cruise. There were people smoking off of their balconies which is obviously prohibited and put a damper on being out on the balcony since I wanted to enjoy the ocean and fresh air, not smell smoke.

Port Reviews

St. Maarten

We took a private excursion not offered by the ship which was a really good thing since the excursions offered through the ship were not that appealing. Check out Captain Alans for snorkeling in st maarten. It was awesome.

Nassau

Nassau is just NOT a nice place. All of the Bahamian people just try to hustle you out of money. I have been there a few times and each time I go, I really and truly just hate it. Stay on the ship! Its not even worth getting off the ship in Nassau! We ended up at Paradise island and while swimming in the ocean it just smelled like gas fumes with the locals trying to get you to take a banana boat ride or a jet sky. honestly, It was awful. Either you smell boat fumes or Weed! horrendous
