Checked in at the port which was quick and easy ... then went downhill from there!
Nobody to meet you onboard or to advise you where to go. Got to the cabin and found out it was too late for emergency drill. Went to reception to activate key card to be told off for not attending the drill.
Dining - no tap water available with evening meal unless you purchased it. No coffee or tea available during lunch or evening meals, only breakfast. Food average and service poor. No manners from staff in buffet restaurant, rude and ignorant. Couldn't get served 3 times at the bar so left without a drink.

Cabin 6387 - OMG the pits! Single bed a child would have fell out of which was rock hard. Had to ask for another pillow and quilt to make it more comfortable. The worst factor was the noise from the other guests as they passed. It was like being in the middle of a runway. When I finally got to sleep I was then woken early morning by the cleaners in the storeroom next door. Complained to reception who gave me earplugs!
