We chose harmony for previous experiences aboard the oasis of the seas. The service in the main dining room and the staterooms were exceptional. Puerto rico was given the least time despite being the best port of call. My children agreed with us yet they had fun with the slides.we recommend to royal caribbean to increase the variety of the food and different port to visit and more pools on their ships and more activities for family. Disembarkation was a horrible experience we were waiting for our luggage almost 2 hours. In overall we paid a lot of money and we spect more and i hope in the future we can enjoy better in a cruise. Also royal caribean should create new trips with more choice for families.only a few hours in puerto rico wich was the best port we visited. Great services and the staff amazing and very professional.
