We choose this cruise as we have always wanted to go to Iceland. We have sailed on the Marco Polo before and love this old fashioned ship. It is full of character unlike the big glass monstrosities used by other shipping lines.
Food was excellent. We used the buffet and there was a wide range of lovely food. Staff were all lovely and friendly and our cabin steward Saw was excellent.
For a small ship there was a good range of activities available during " at sea" days. I particularly enjoyed the jewelry making, and my husband loved the photography talks.
We were in cabin 531 which was spacious, with plenty of storage room. The beds were very comfortable.
Some passengers were a bit inconsiderate at night, making a lot of noise coming back to their cabins in the early hours. Not the fault of the ship I know, but maybe some signs up reminding people to be quiet would be an idea.
Had a very enjoyable trip with some very good trips when visiting ports.
Spacious and comfortable. Plenty of storage space. Very comfortable beds and spotlessly clean.
