We had previously done a P&O Med cruise, which was the most awful experience of our lives from start to finish, so wanted to get that out of my head and on our cruise travel agents advice chose Scenic river cruise. Well this was magical from the moment we shut the front door, staff, cruise director, food, entertainment, trips, cabin, drinks and organisation was so professional. Fellow passengers were great, although Americans can be a bit loud!!!!! Nothing was too much for the team, disembarkation was a dream unlike P& O which was a shambles. Everything was so clean, trips were so well organised, no waiting around, great tour guides employed, again unlike P&O whose guides were total rubbish. Our cruise director Cathy was friendly, helpful and always ready to help if she could, we even got a free laundry wash, which was great, no constant bing boing on the tannoy. All in all superb.
