First we got a great deal. But also we really enjoy Norwegian. Enjoy the "freestyle" environment. Part of that is eating on your own schedule, sitting where you want to. And no formal night; unless you want to. Staff were efficient and friendly. Lots of eye contact. Treated you like family not like passengers. Even the staff wearing the "stripes"were top class. The food was outstanding and chefs always around to talk to. BUT that damned soft ice cream machine,!! We always enjoy our cruises. This was exceptional not bc it was on the Med but bc of the quality of everything on the Epic. Thanks.

Probably the easiest embarkation we have experienced. Again due to staff.

The entertainment was exceptional especially Priscilla. We are not "theatre" people; give us a good ball game or hockey game but this 90 minute show was outstanding. Went by at to quickly. Actors were absolutely outstanding.
