Chose because we had travelled with Scenic in Australia and had a memorable holiday with great Freechoice etc.

Did not explore departure city because our flight was delayed but not a major problem because we had been to Amsterdam thrice before. Embarkation and disembarkation could not have gone smoother. Everything was done for us. Ship was of the highest class and our cabin had everything you could want including a balcony which coud be in the open air or enclosed. The food was wide in choice and local and of a very high standard. the entertainment both on the ship and on shore was carefully chosen and again high class. the service was superb. All the staff were friendly, smiley and left nothing to chance. the excursions were well supported by guides but the only downside was that they were often too short to explore the town.

There were no children on the cruise. I would have to think carefully about another cruise - I found some of the co-passengers noisy and overbearing. I would look for a largely British clientele if I went again.
