We prefer to sail with RCI because we have found the amenities, the ships, the food and the staff to be above par in quality. The check-in process was a bit chaotic as the line for our loyalty guest level was not clearly marked, but we found it soon enough and were on board. The ship, The Allure of the Seas, was all we expected it to be. I remarked to someone in an elevator that it almost was like being at Disney with having a staff person cleaning and picking up everywhere you looked!

We enjoyed an activity every night and chose a different kind every night for a variety of experiences. We didn't have trouble reserving or finding seats at all, and that's not to say that the events were not well attended - they were. The process for both was very easy, though. We loved the Broadway feature, Mamma Mia! The cast was fantastic!

Our stateroom attendant was fantastic! David remembered our names, was always helpful and polite, and kept our room in order. Even when we slept in so late (the 'much needed vacation part...) that he didn't get the opportunity to make our beds and freshen the room, he left us a note and when we saw him later that evening he greeted us with apologies and made sure we were feeling alright and asked if we needed anything at all.

Cabin Review

Central Park View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin C1

Our stateroom was adequately sized for the two of us with sufficient storage for a weeks worth of clothing and personal items. Our stateroom attendant kept us neat and tidy!
