This was the first cruise my wife and I have ever done, river or ocean, and the experience was wonderful. We are now trying to decide which will be our next Viking cruise. We would pick Viking because of the level of service, the cleanliness of the boat, and the personalities of the staff, especially the program director, Bojan!. The nightly entertainment was wonderful and kept us smiling. The activities were many and varied, something different every night. The shore tours were all exceptional and educational. It was like taking a college course on medieval Europe. The food was always very good with choices for everyone. The bar carried all top shelf liquors and wines. We met people from all over the world and sat with different couples every night. We are still keeping in touch with some of them to go on future trips with. I believe the ultimate compliment for a company is that you would use them in the future, and we would definitely use Viking!
