it was the earliest ship to cross over to new York 08/05/17 as i and my wife went over and came back after just over two weeks in the usa,

going over i had diarrhoea 5 times and 3 times coming back i put it down to the drinking water in my balcony cabin it was constantly hot or warm ,and had to run the cold tap all the time just to get it colder even then it did not work. Called out the engineer to fix it he put a new part in it but was just the same so just give up had trouble with the air condition very noisy ,had to call out the engineer out to fix it at 4am in the morning so did not get to sleep until 5am/5-30am, ,the ship had just had a refit but you would not think so the shower /bathroom looked as if it had not been done for years, the dining was excellent but the table staff were in your face all the time asking is everything was fine,it was very awkward specially when you have your mouth full off food and most of the time i got caught with food in my mouth, regarding the staff that clean your cabin watch out they don't like you to make a complaint. my wife ruined two pairs of very expensive tights the culprit was the Velcro on the corner of the bed it was showing about 3/4 inch on the corner and told the cabin staff what had happened, he took the cover around the bed off and refitted it ,

i asked him what about the damage to my wife's tights he did not want to know, but i would not give in and he then said to go to the Maine desk in a not polite manor and ask them ,the staff don't like you to complain as it looks bad on them, after that things went down hill regarding our cabin room cleaner, a few things happened but can not say as i am unable to prove it ,
