Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Embarkation was fine and we got on board rather quickly. The staterooms were not opened until 1 pm and the ship felt very crowded until then. No place to sit for lunch and lines were long. After the staterooms opened, we never felt crowded and never had any further problems finding a place to sit and buffet was never crowded. Food was excellent. We did My Time Dining and made reservations and requested the same table nightly. We had excellent waiters and never had to wait to be seated.

We bought the drink package when it was offered with the voom package and felt it was a great value. My only issue was that the self serve soda machines should have been available on all the floors. They were few and far between. Specialty coffees were good.

Cats was wonderful! Diving show was very good. Headliner show was some what repetitious. Skipped the ice show. The comedians were very good. However the comedy venue needs to be larger as we enjoy the comedy clubs and were only able to see one show that we had reservations for and then the open to all show the last night in the Opal theater.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D5

Cabin was nice. We didn't have any issues with noise. Our room was always cool and comfortable. The bed was large, roomy and very comfortable! Linens were in excellent shape and very soft. Our only issue was that they really need to put in mini refrigerators and toss out the "coolers" they have in the room. They don't even keep anything cool let alone cold. Enjoyed the larger balcony with a dining table. The sofa wasn't very comfortable to sit on but we didn't sit much inside anyways. Loved the balcony.
