We choose this cruise because we wanted to experience 'Bermuda. Our cabins were great, the ship is clean, Our cabin attendant Ingrid was fantastic.

The bar staff seemed very unfriendly at the outside bars.I know this is there 80th time serving drinks but it was our first time on this ship. They worked very slowly, we spent so much time waiting for our family to get a drink at he the bar. The bars are not open that long so pick up the pace and get the customers served. Without the customers you don't have a job.

However the biggest issue was getting a wheelchair for my sister. She had breathing problems on the dock in Bermuda. I walked back to the ship to get her a wheelchair. We I reached the gangplank asking for assistance in getting a wheel chair I was told I would need to to up to customer service. I insisted that the women at the gang plank call for someone to bring me a chair. She insisted I go up to customer service. I insisted she get me a wheelchair. Another uniformed crew member saw my distress, asked if he could help, I explained my situation, he kindly went into the ship and returned with a wheel chair.
