I just came home from a wonderful vacation on the MSC Divina. I can't speak highly enough of the entire cruise, especially the wait staff and the entertainment staff.

I have to admit after reading other reviews on this ship I was a little concerned about the helpfulness of the cruise employees. How wrong they all were!!! Either the management staff took to heart the complaints and had the employees step up their game or the other reviews were written with incredibly unreachable standards.

I'll start with the wait staff. From the room steward to the house cleaner, the bar attendant to the restaurant staff, the entertainment team to guest services, I was always acknowledged with a smile and greeting. The staff went out of their way to be helpful in all areas of the ship. We had two young children and if one happened to be upset or crying before I knew it there was a crew member attempting to distract him so he would forget what was making him upset and smile or laugh.
