A dining room staff second to none. She might be older but she's run much better than the newest ship in the fleet. On every point she shines by comparison. Maybe the elevators are slower on her. We had one of the most enjoyable cruises of the more than 15 cruises we taken. Families with kids praised Club HAL. We are thinking of taking our younger grandchildren on a HAL cruise soon. The HAL app needs a texting component to it. Room Service for breakfast was great and the food was well prepared. We were apprehensive after a less than satisfactory cruise in December on the Koningsdam. The stewards kept our cabin in top notch condition and daily inquiried if there was anything else we wanted. Our servers at the Main Dining Room and the Managers made sure dining every night was a great experience. We look forward to another cruise on this wonderful ship. The Windows classes were well run and informative. Adagio entertainment was excellent as always and there was no casino noise to mar the performances. A great cruise.
