Chose this cruise because it stopped in Key West. As it happened, we didn't stop due to rough seas. Oh well, weather doesn't always cooperate.
Ship was very nice. Loved the sinks in the public bathrooms and the cloth hand towels rather than paper. Service was excellent. Everyone I dealt with had a smile and was willing to go the extra mile, except the customer service staff, who seemed rather surly. I didn't have any major issues and don't know why the three people I dealt with all seemed to be having a bad day. Not that they were rude, just indifferent.
Biggest disappointment was in the lack of evening entertainment in the bars. We enjoyed the group Nu Image, but they most often played in the vestibule area which is too small and lacks adequate seating to enjoy the entertainment. We don't really go to the ships dancers and singers shows so can't speak to them. Just not our thing. Prefer piano bars and live entertainment over DJs. The comedian had one show at 11pm. Not sure why it was so late. He was ok.
Comfortable cabin. Lots of storage in bathroom. Shower nice size, bigger than many I've had. Sofa in room made it more comfortable since we had two rough, rainy days.
Just wandered around town a bit. This was about my third or fourth time in Georgetown and we had enough sun on our Costa Maya day so took it easy.
Booked private beach Maya Chan and had a great time. Will do that again.
