I waited till the end of the cruise to file this review as I have never had such a bad experience on a cruise before like I did on this ship.

First of all, we were informed a month in advance that our ship would not dock in Stockholm which required us having to find and pay for transportation and wasting valuable time to get to Stockholm. Secondly, we were not able to dock in Wandermunde on the 13th as planned due to high winds and strong current which resulted in a sea day and we are able to dock on the 14th at the expense of us missing Tallin, Estonia. How did they make up for it? By giving us to 1pm in Wandermunde which gave us no time to visit any of the surrounding cities. When we returned to the ship we were met by a very long line which took an hour and half to get inside the ship in the scorching sun. No water for their guests nor anyone to help, that is so unacceptable and petty.

When we arrived in St. Petersburg, we heard an announcement that the ship had not been cleared by Russian authorities and that we were not allowed to exit the ship however upon further review we noticed that the passengers which had excursions through NCL were in fact disembarking. When we attempted to leave the ship for our scheduled excursion with an outside vendor, one of their employees detained us in the hallway and informed us that the passengers on an NCL paid excursion had priority over us. I was livid at the employee and informed her that we are paid passengers and also had an excursion with a tour guide waiting for us. I have never felt so unappreciated and insulted by their lack of empathy.
