This is probably hands down one of the best vacations we have had. The service and the ship was great. We have to give a special shout out to our Genie Cleon Fraser which was exceptional with our family. He was the best. He helped us with everything and made sure that we had the best vacation. I am impressed with the embarkation and the disembarkation which was efficient and fast. I loved to see how the staff was personable and would speak with us and the kids. They were not just there to serve but made sure we were enjoying ourselves and that we were satisfied. The shows were phenomenal and entertaining. I can honestly say there was no down time because there was always something going on in the ship. The kids really enjoyed being the kids club. Overall it was a great experience and we hope to cruise soon on RCL again.
