Tui Discovery is a fantastic ship with brilliant staff that go out of their way to make sure you enjoy every minute of the cruise. I have cruised with many various cruise liners from NCL, MSC, RCL to name a few and Discovery excelled in competing on every level with them.

Initially on arrival at Palma airport we did experience some disorganization with the TUI Representatives not being where we were directed to meet the transport to the port. This was not the best start to the cruise experience and some retraining is required to make this a smoother operation.

Also on arrival at the port, although very fast, it was disorganized with the Tui Representatives again giving conflicting information. For example, we were unable to attach room tags to our luggage which were provided at the check in desk. This resulted in us going to the venue bar to collect our bags, which never happened as they were not in the bar. Our fantastic room attendant Miland retrieved 1 of our bags but the other went missing. After some time Miland again successfully found the bag and delivered it to our room. Read more
