We chose this cruise based on the dates we were available to travel as well as the port convenience. We were highly disappointed in the food and entertainment. The comedians were terrible and simply vulgar. The piano bar pianist was usually drunk and hitting on women and cursing like a sailor. We sat in there for 45 min one night and never heard a song. The onstage performers were lacking talent. A couple of them could sing, none danced well. The group that played in the lobby was fantastic.

We did the Chef's Table, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The food was delicious and the presentation was lovely. It was extremely difficult to understand anything the chef said due to a very thick accent. I would love to have been able to understand more of what he said. It was the most enjoyable aspect of the on board experience. This food was 5 star, the food in the MDR, no comparison at all. Pasta Fagioli soup on the menu = Navy Bean soup with a few noodles. etc, etc.

We were overall disappointed with the experience. It was our first cruise and we had questions upon arriving onto the ship. There were people with shirts on that said ASK ME - So we asked them, both when coming on and when leaving. One question was as simple as, "Where is the Theater" as we were supposed to have a first time cruiser information meeting. They had no idea. Someone else overheard and told us where to go. Upon leaving the ship we had fast to the fun, and asked if we went somewhere different so that we could get off faster, as that was what it was to be used for as well...they just stared at us and then at each other.
