When it rained, which it did most days, the crew brought out buckets to catch the rain coming thru the roof. Watch dripping in the buffet line was discussing. Some bathrooms on top deck closed due to flooding. I am great full the ship leaked from the top down and not the bottom up.

Tread mills rocked and were hard to run on. Those that were stable need to be calibrated. To run my normal 10 minute pace, the tread mill said I was doing 4 minute miles.

This was my first Holland America cruise and I had always heard they were the best. Very disappointed. The staff seemed to lack pride in the ship with many comments from them about it was a tired ship. Read more
