The Harmony of the Seas is an amazing vessel. My family and I had a wonderful time on board. The crew was so efficient and friendly. I only saw one grouchy waiter in the American Icon dining room during lunch. Everyone else was fantastic.
The shore excursions were a bit of a disappointment. The advertising made them look beyond amazing. They were ok. I have to say, though, the lunch on Haiti was amazing. The vendors were hard to deal with, simply because of their desperation. You just don't have enough money to help them all, and they all need it. The tour guide in Jamaica faied to give us the vouchers for the lunch that was supposed to be part of the tour and instead told us to go to a place where we had to pay for our lunch. Not cool. The Punta Jeep Ride in Cozumel was REALLY disappointing. The sites were WAY oversold and the two tour guides were rushing us and not one bit shy about asking us for money and saying they wouldn't come across our boarders if we were more generous. Not cool. Personally, next time I sail with Royal Caribbean I won't book any shore excursions.
The ship, though. . . wowie!!!
