The embarkation and disembarkation was very smooth. The ship is in very well shape and is very clean. The cabins where clean and had good space. The food quality was excellent. During dining we had great service. The Windjammer was very organized and fast. They had someone sitting people in tables like a restaurant. The entertainment and activities on the ship where amazing and very unique. They had a Mama Mia Broadway production show and it was spectacular. It was very funny and entertaining. Since the ship was so spacious there where so many different activities in different places. Overall the service was very good. All the crew members are very friendly. We visited St. Marteen, San Juan, and Labadee. In St. Marteen and San Juan we toured on our own. San Juan was very clean and beautiful. In Labadee we went to a beach that was very nice. During our way back to the ship there where venders attacking you wanting you to buy something. When we went to the pool on the ship you always found chairs immediately. There are four different pools and they are all with different themes and purposes. I travelled with my wife and son who also though the same way about the trip. With 6,400 passengers you don't feel overcrowded or squished. The ship is so big everyone was spread out. I would definitely cruise on this ship again!
