The overall experience with the quality of the food and the staff on-board were excellent for the large things and most of the small things. There are many area's that NCL can improve related to small things that would improve the overall cruise experience
1 NCL on-board application lacks basic functionality such as ship map, integration with activities selected in port, integration with bill activities where the tv and app had different information
2 Elevators go to different floors which creates confusion. When disembarking from the ship, the information said go to the 4th deck but the aft elevators that went to 4 were prevented from going to that deck.
Room was great! Cabin steward was excellent!!!
Was not impressed. We were originally going to do the Mayan Ruins but the shipboard information said that there was additional walking... Turns out the additional walking didn't apply, as it was from the ship to shore on the pier which would have to do anyway...
The beach was nice but due to inclement weather, the water was closed off and on so we did not go in. We got a clamshell and enjoyed the sign and view...
