The guides are amazing and caring, always reminding guests to take care of their belongings, plus they are very knowledgeable which makes the trip very enjoyable.

Guide knew so much of this museum and she cared for the group that when two guests went missing, she kept going round to look for them.

Surprisingly boring canal cruise tour. As in the sightseeing. The shopping was nothing to shout about either.

The guide did not seem to care much for the group and at one stop, it was absolutely chaotic that some members went missing. Clearer instructions ought to be given and the guide must be visible at all times.

Too long a journey , about 13 hours. But the tour company provided snacks both ways which was rather thoughtful. Good if more toilet breaks are arranged. And the opportunity to walk more in Berlin than on the coach .

As we were considered early, we were asked to go for our lunch before checking into our cabin, the food served was good and this was a good start to our cruise.We were recommended by cruise ship by our travel agency and sold by the good food served onboard.
