Fantastic ship and great entertainment.
Food in 5 dining rooms was poor.
Cold food and slow service. Moussaka and risotto like stodge. And tasteless.
Small portions for a three course meal. The roast beef was the only decent main course and it was 3 little slivers of meat. Not suitable for male diners.
However the puddings were very good.
We didnt try the specialises restaurants. I have been on 5 other cruises and this was the worst food and that is one of the reasons i love cruising.
The buffet on 15th floor was okay at lunch the rotisserie meat was lovely. They kept running out of hot water and cup and glasses. hopefully that is due to teething problems
The queue at reception from 8am -2am was very long. There are a lot of things to sort out but it was only the second week of sailing.
it has put me off MSC
There are no facilities for single travellers and i never saw on the daily sheet a notice for friends of dorothy.
when at sea all day there were not enough beds
The ship is very bling and for children they is plenty to do.
great size wardrobe a bad design couldnt get into one side of it
