I am a platinum member with Royal Caribbean and have cruised other lines as well. This ship was more like a tacky glitzy hotel in Las Vegas than a ship. Embarkation was a breeze. Disembarkation was a nightmare . I was given a time of 0830 and started to customs at 1030.This cruise is definitely more family oriented with children. There is no main dining room as on other ships, only four smaller ones. The entire layout of the ship was very choppy and not easy to navigate. With 4500 passengers onboard , we had to wait in lines for many of the activities . I had brought my own hairdryer, as the ones that are supplied are not very good and take me along time to dry my hair. I have always done this on every cruise. I blew a fuse in my stateroom , and when I called maintenance, there was no answer. I then called guest services and the woman spoke to me in a very annoyed manner stating it was my fault. It took almost two hours for someone to come and fix it. We almost missed dinner. In general , the staff was not as nice or welcoming as on other cruises. Bar service was very poor. Not enough staff. I ordered a coke at dinner and it took almost an hour. I went to the casino and got my own coke and brought it back. There is no main pool and no nightclub. The two days in Bermudawere fantastic . We were one of the first ones off the ship , took a 40$ cab to Horshoe bay. My last trip the excursion transportation gave you a short amount of time there. Overall very disappointed. Food ok/ windjammer very good .
