First off, embarkation and disembarkation was very easy and uncomplicated. It went very smoothly. There was a longshoreman to take take your bags prior to setting in foot in terminal. The other cruise line that takes out of Pier 91, has your take your own luggage to drop off in the terminal prior to starting the boarding process.

Our cabin was a deluxe verandah and was very well maintained. Our cabin stewards Dedy and Intan where very pleasant, and always had a cheery greeting. Always asked us how thing were and were we needing anything, also how our day was going. Each night when we came back to the cabin, there would be a towel animal on our bed. This did not occur on our cruise with Princess. We also did not see bedding or carts in the hallway, like we did on Princess.

The ship was very well maintained. The food was fantastic in both the lido market and dinning room. We liked the aspect of being served in the lido market as opposed to serving yourself, and the choices of different cuisine from around the world was neat. We also liked the fact that if you are Catholic, there is a priest on board to say daily Mass.
