We chose this cruise because we had been wanting to cruise Alaska, and my company already had us in San Francisco the weekend before. We felt confident that Carnival would provide a great experience, and they did for the most part. We loved our balcony cabin, and the space and view it provided. It was have been much better it there had been more than one electrical outlet for 110v in the whole cabin. The mini fridge and our room didn't seem to cool very well, so we had our balcony door propped open 90% of the time.

We chose Your Dining Time, and discovered that made our dining took a long time, so we wished we had chosen early dining. The food in the dining room was very good, while the food on the Lido deck got old of having the same thing day after day.

The very best things on the cruise were the cruise director, Jen, and the entertainment crew in the Folly theater. They were GREAT!
