Overall experience was less than average. The end to end process did not live up to RCL standards. In general service staff was less than excited to have you on board, food was average, and the booking and on-board technology experience was frustrating. Entertainment, especially RCL inspired shows was poorly written and conceived. Many people walked out.

The ship was understaffed in critical service areas, the spa services were poor with attendants pushing products hard at the end of relatively expensive services.

The Photo team did a fine job and seemed to understand the necessity to provide service with a positive attitude.

Cabin Review

Owner's Suite with Balcony

Was clean but towels were old, ripped and in short supply.

Attendant never came by to check on needs during entire cruise.

Actually left the vacuum in our cabin all day.
