OMG....this ship could not have been a bigger pit.

It is obvious that it has not been maintained in a long time.

Service is indifferent at best, rude at worst.

Cruise director, Michelle was horrible, no personality.

Food was bland, lukewarm, and disgusting. At one point I was wondering if I was eating a "steak" or horse meat.

Cabin was tiny, with the beds together, there is only 12 inches on each side.

Next to impossible to get cocktail service unless you waited at the bar for 10 minutes or more.

Did a shore excursion in Nassau - snorkeling and sailing. It was the highlight of an otherwise atrocious cruise.

It would take a miracle to get me back on a Royal Caribbean cruise after this one. My boyfriend had been a loyal Royal Caribbean customer - Diamond-level.... but he swears he won't get back on one again.

Enchantment of the Season is far from enchanting.

Cabin Review

Inside Stateroom
Cabin Q 2929

Tiny. Old. Bathroom even smaller (maybe 13 square feet).

Could hear every word the neighbors said.

Port & Shore Excursion Reviews

Good service, peaceful. However, the area is not swimmable. Mostly sandbar. Whatever isn't sandbar is murky, gooey, slimy muck. A little disappointed.

Nice trip. An hour sail on a catamaran, then an hour snorkeling at a shallow coral reef. Nice experience.

Key West

Never fond of Key West. Better to just spend the day on the ship.
