Good overall cruise experience. Princess still seems a bit shady when it comes to prepaid items showing up on your onboard account printout. Dinner menu improves as the cruise progresses. Cream soups need more cream and less potato. Seceney from deck and balcony was outstanding. Ports are not much unless you book some sort of excursion. Victoria's call is too short. Ship does look dated and used. Photo staff seem to be a barrier to freely moving, they clog th main elevators, they make you wait while others get pictures taken, which is all unnecessary. If YOU want pictures you should wait. I should not wait for you, if you want pictures, and I do not. Skip the Chef's Table, it was an excerice in excess not an exercise in excellence. It was cool to see the galley with a small group and to meet the chef. More exercise classes would be nice, enjoyed zoomba, but in a theater? Would have enjoyed yoga classes. Large number of staff, almost one staff for every two cruisers. Make sure you check your onboard account regularly, charges quickly build up. Magnetic hooks help keep things up out of your way. Keep your eye out for the Pub Lunch, skip the Crab Shack.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BB

Balcony room was adequate. You DO NOT want a mini suite on the Grand, as the balcony there sticks out, so all above you can fully see your balcony. Deck 11 is rather quiet. Shower is tight but adequate. Water pressure was fine and the water did get HOT.

Port Reviews

Ketchikan

Nice stroll around town, not much there is you do not take an excursion.

Juneau

Rented a car, ran around town and to the end of the road. Nice to be away from the crowds and busses.

Skagway

Cute town, not much there if you don't take an excursion.
