I have alway enjoyed Royal Caribbean cruises. The crew members in the restaurants are exceptional. Braulio Vallar and Mestry Ritchi were the best servers of all our cruises. Erik was very engaging during our meals. He kept us informed of events on the ship and excursions. The entertainment was flawless. The Ice Show was magical. Wayne ensured we had all the items we needed in our room.

I wish the ice cream was provided without cost. The cup cakes continue to get smaller and smaller. The internet could be less. That was the only concerns. The remaining events and food items were great.

I ask that some return our call regarding the pool towel expense that was not accurate. We were charged $200 for towels we did not use. This is our only major concern with our bill. Read more
