Bit harsh, but it got your attention. Ship is fine, some of the waiting staff are very blunt and do not appear in the mood to assist. The entertainment staff are good, trying their very best to keep everyone going. Bingo, Information sessions, Quizzes' and general fun and games, but it did have that Butlins sort of vibe. Their target audience are from the UK, so I think that's probably fare. Entertainers aboard were great and duets very entertaining. Cabin was fine and cabin steward could not do enough for us. Good excursions. One good thing was they allowed passengers to take alcohol aboard to use in their cabins. Overall we had a good time, but Customer Service was a bit poor on occasion. Next time I will probably read more reviews and try to determine the type of group to expect on board. I will no doubt try another brand.
