We got a bottle of real Cuban rum in St. Maartin and turned it in on the ship until leaving at the end of the cruise. Never got it. And, if I we hadn't gone to guest services and wasted over an hour, nothing would have been done. They tried, but couldn't locate it and gave us a bottle of Bacardi 8 . . . which we can get in the US. They tried, but big downer there. Also, if you want to meet lots of new folks at dinner, go to the Windjammer. We were either seated alone or with one or two other couples in their "main dining room" (one of four smaller dining venues). We did the last five evenings in the Windjammer. It's not nearly as nice and kind of upscale as the Windjammer, but we at least got to meet others guests. We hope they correct this area as we booked another cruise with RCCL.
We've only cruised with Norwegian and RCCL. RCCL has bigger staterooms and the décor on this ship is very nice. Cabin attendant was great, too!
