The ship was massive and the ride was great. The overall "on boat" experience was great. The service provided in the state rooms and the dining rooms was excellent. The ship was clean and well kept. The state rooms were large and nice with balconies. The water pressure in the showers was great. The only issue (minor) was it was relatively quiet on the pool decks. I have previously cruised on Carnival and it seemed more festive. This was more reserved, but a little more professional. I was happy overall until the excursion to San Juan. The excursion was limited to about 3 hours on site. Took more time getting off the boat, to the beach, then back than was worth. Also, two drinks at the bar cost $32 (couldn't use the $400 drink package already purchased). The excursion to Labadee (their private island) was great right up until you went into the water. The beaches and ocean floor were covered with jagged rocks making it almost impossible to walk. there has to be a better answer.
