1st time river cruising, and the experience was wonderful! Scenic goes above and beyond to ensure everything is first rate. When they say its all-inclusive, they are not kidding. The enrich tours were well organized and provided terrific value. The local guides were all excellent - friendly and knowledgeable. An added feature were the 'tailormade' devices which allowed you to hear the guides easily, or to explore on your own. Our cabin (deluxe balcony) was well laid out and kept spotless by Viktor. While we didn't really make use of our butler, Goran was always around and available. Food and drink on board were of high quality. Service at peak times was sometimes a little slow, but all staff on board were very friendly and efficient. Cruise Director Adrian was very visible and worked hard to ensure all needs were met. We selected this particular cruise because of the itinerary. Highlights for us included: the night sail through Budapest; the city tour of Budapest (including a fabulous piano concert); the private concert in Vienna; Durnstein; and watching the sights as we cruised along the Danube. We really have no negatives to report, and we will return again. I would recommend Scenic to anyone!
