This is our 3rd cruise with princess and was not up to the standard we are used to, ship is very tired looking and tatty in places. Our adapted Cabin had quite a few niggles with it, patio door windows were absolutely filthy, the chest of draws had all odd knobs as handles and some draws were almost impossible to open, the balcony was covered in paint splashes and the blue plastic floor was sticking up in places.
The Staff were extremely friendly and helpfull, plenty of room to move around all areas with my electric scooter, but had to be carefull with the lift doors as they shut very quickly catching many passengers out.
The Entertainment was hit and miss some very good others below average.
Hozion court buffet was the biggest let down the food was not paticulaly hot and by the time you had chosen all and return to the tables is warm maybe Luke warm at best.Desserts were the same most days occasionally a fruit crumble appeared but that ran out quite quickly and was replaced by bread pudding every time.
Room service was fairly good when they managed to get the order right.
Ports of call were very efficient but the chose of accessible travel options offered on the advertised princess excursions were very very poor. However princess cruises managed to meet our needs with alternative vehicles .
Crown princess is in need of a upgrade refit .
We have booked another cruise on the Sapphire Princess as we enjoy the freedom the ships give to the disabled, fingers crossed it is in better condition.
Clean but very tired looking and quite tatty in places, windows were absolutely filthy.
Nice open view with no obstructions. Ample space in cabin for my electric scooter and all of our suitcases. Plenty of space in te wardrobes with 2 different height rails and plenty of hangers . Shower room was spacious with a seat to sit on, clean towels when required.
