My family and I had cruised on Norwegian before and had excellent customer service on previous cruises. However, we were very disappointed with this cruise. For example, Skyline and Liberty dinning areas: food was cold most of the times, bread-hard and cold, and experienced a few non-friendly waiters. It was hard to make dinner reservations since most spots were already filled. At the shore excursion desk--rude representative and non-helpful. Entertainment--most of it-boring. Photos-average. Hall by our cabin--bad odor all the time.

Positive:The Ocean Buffet style--food was acceptable and warm but unfortunately, my husband and I do not like buffet style. The port and shore excursions---okay. The cabin Steward was attentive and polite. Art presentation and sales ---excellent. Shopping stores: Okay. The views --beautiful and breathtaking. Embarkation went smoothly; disembarkation-a little chaos in the lobby.

I did not traveled with children so I cannot review children's entertainment and activities.
