We have done a few Viking trips and quite frankly we are working our way through every itinerary. We find Viking are one, no sorry, the best experience you can buy. Their choice of staff is superlative, unfailingly friendly, efficient and proud of the job they do. They also have the knack of having wonderful memories, what you like dislike etc. The trips ashore are very well organised, you never feel as if you are left behind or alone, they have done it dozens of times before and it shows. Food is interesting, plentiful and varied, trying to let you see the different specialities. Wine at meals, thou unfortunately I have to skip lunch!!! Is fine. They have no trouble in refilling your glass. Then you go home with your favourite airline/ not ++ Lyon airport was a nightmare, thou that is not Vikings fault, is a disaster disaster. Many many thanks to Viking, they actually upgraded out cabin and it was wonderful, they MADE out holiday. Thanks.
