Sail Date: Jun 2017
Cabin: Junior Suite

This will be brief. And, yes, I am writing to Guest Relations at the RCI headquarters.

We booked a junior suite and it was great. We love having the additional space. We did not eat in the dining room as we just wanted to relax and not have to dress for dinner. The food in the Windjammer was terrible. We had a group of four and our entire group thought the food was bad. I am lactose intolerant and nowhere on the ship did they have Coffeemate or any non-dairy creamer. Also being diabetic, I looked for a variety of sugar free desserts. They had two each evening -- a lemon cookie and a little piece of cake with some type of gelatin mousse on the top -- fruit flavors. We were never served water or ice tea. We had to go to the water station and get our own. No one came around to ask if we needed anything either.

On the first day we didn't sail until 8 or 8:30 p.m. We didn't receive our luggage until 7:30 p.m. There is no excuse for that. I went to guest services and the man to whom I spoke s said it was because we were sailing late. That made no sense to me at all. And, he was rude too. His attitude was that he didn't want to be bothered.

Cabin Review

Junior Suite

Cabin JS

The cabin was great. We always book a junior suite. The bathroom has a full-size tub and shower combination. The vanity has one lavatory. There was a sofa and two side chairs and on the balcony we had three chairs and a table. We were very pleased with our cabin
