This was a cruise along the danube from Nuremburg to Budapest.The scenery throughout was stunning; the cruise director ensured all the trips went like clockwork: the food on-board was excellent and the staff were very helpful and always cheerful.

Of the trips, Cesny Krumlov was astonishing, a beautiful small city that I knew nothing about before. The cruise at night past the floodlit building of Budapest was another highlight.

Scenic cruises must seem a bit expensive to start with , but everything is included from champagne to 24 hour tea and coffee, all trips , tips , transfers etc. So in the end they are worth it. Read more
