NCL used to be better. This is our fourth time sailing on NCL and they just keep going downhill. Even though this is a rather new ship, we did not enjoy ourselves as much as previous cruises.

Ports:

The destinations are great (but not much to the credit of the cruise line). Although would be better to dock at Stockholm rather than faraway Nynashamn. The boarding time for Nynashamn was changed without any prior information given to me. During booking, the ship is schedule to depart from Nynashamn at 5pm (meaning all aboard by 4.30pm). So I booked the dinner show at Illusionarium for 5.30pm. My dinner booking was shifted to 8.45pm when I get on board with only info of "program changes". I then realised the ship will depart from Nynashamn at 7pm instead just 1 day before reading the newsletter. On reaching Nynashamn, NCL put up posters in lifts that all aboard by 4.30pm. This is so confusing! My wife called up guest services and they apologise for the wrong info in the lifts. NCL can't event get this simple information right? And shouldn't they inform all passengers via email before the cruise since the timing has changed since booking?
