So I'm an RCCL fan. My sailing on the Liberty of the Seas was very disappointing.

First off, RCCL out source the embarkation process to a third party. Bad mistake. They had no knowledge of RCCL policies and procedures.

Second, one on board, the crew was not friendly, the food was awful, and walking through the royal promenade was like getting attacked by bees ( the staff always trying to sale you something). Overall customer service didn't matter to the crew and staff of RCCL. The cruise director was non existence. I saw him two times during my 7 night sailing. Read more
