Sail Date: May 2017

Was in London for another event so decided to take this short cruise. Started out badly - delayed departure - 10.30 pm from Southampton. When arrived even later than promised in Zeebruge, we had to line up for 2 hours for customs & immigration. At 3.45pm exiting now too late for Bruges. Helsingborg cancelled due to "high seas" and bad for tender. Then had to line up for one hour for Norway - in meantime Captain was waxing poetic about the great views as we sailed out of Copenhagen - which we could not enjoy since we were all lined up !! Captain was advertised as being Welsh by Princess - he likely thought he was Dylan Thomas - but to me was more like Richard Burton the morning after. A total disaster from start to finish. A long way to travel to be treated like Princess does not care.
