We love that the Dream is so close to home for us and we loved the ship! We live outside of Baton Rouge, so being able to cruise out of New Orleans and having a short drive is very appealing to us. We love the Dream! Especially the new additions since being in dry dock earlier this year. Guy's Burgers is the bomb!!!!! Best hamburger and LOVE the fries with ranch dressing. Perfect snack while watching our 9 year old son go from the slides to the pool. The shows this cruise were also top notch!! LOVED THEM ALL!! The Cruise Director Matt was super! So friendly and great events planned. We cruised with 18 family members from back home and everyone loved the trip! The only complaint I have is the photos. I wish Carnival would get on board and offer a digital photo package similar to what Walt Disney world offers. I would glad pay $150-$200 dollars to get ALL my family's pictures downloaded when I get home. Seems to me a lot of ink and paper is wasted with all the photos that are thrown away. I LOVE my pictures, but at the cost of each print I can tell you I left a lot behind that went in the garbage. Those traveling with us that have experienced the photo pass at Disney all agreed it would be something that they would gladly purchase...and they too were limited on the photos they purchased on board. Other than that it was an amazing vacation and we are already talking about booking our next one.

Cabin Review

Cove Balcony

Cabin 7C

After a warm and noisy cabin on the Main Deck last summer we were very pleased with this cabin! It was quiet, cool...and close to the water slides for our son!
