We chose this cruise because we heard some great things about the Carnival Dream. I must say, the things that we heard were not exaggerated in the least. Do yourself a favor and take this cruise if you ever get the opportunity to do so. This was by far the best cruise line and ship that my family and I have ever been on, hands down. The ship was magnificent. It had all of the amenities that anyone could possibly ask for. Everything on the ship was immaculate. The crew that they had onboard were top notch all the way around. They had the most courteous and professional staff I have ever been around. From our housekeeper Hartanto, to our servers in the restaurant Budiana and Zurine, all of these folks were exceptional! I do however have to say that two people in the Crimson restaurant we just had to be in there serving area every night was team headwaiter Harishchandra and team waitress Viktoria. These two folks were outstanding. They provided excellent service and recommended all of the right dishes for us. My family and I were truly impressed with their professionalism and dedication to their profession. They truly made our dining experience wonderfully memorable and enjoyable. Also the crew in the Scarlet Restaurant were great as well. Headwaiter Churchill Anthony and waitress Veranika were also equally wonderful as well. These are excellent people and are truly an asset to Carnival cruise line. I would give them all a raise if I could, because they are all truly dedicated to making your cruise experience a great one! Last but certainly not least, we have to recognize our cruise director Matt. Without a doubt, he made our cruise experience truly memorable. He even made me get out on the dance floor in the lounge and sing Brick House with Louisiana. He knows what I'm talking about. All in all, this was the best vacation my family and I have had in years. All of these folks aboard the Carnival Dream are exceptional people and are truly a credit to your company. I look forward to my next Carnival Cruise and I am sure that if it was anything like this one, my family and I will be taking many, many more cruises to come with your cruise line.
