My wife and her sister set up this trip, and we got to spend time with her sister's husband, daughter, and grandkids. Allure had great programs for the 4-year-old boy, and he's a bit spoiled but the ship's people handled him very well. The day-care staff was wonderful. Allure has a teen club and the 14 and 16 year old boys loved it. The teens in particular were provided with things that kept them happy and made the trip much better for all. For us adults, the shows were great especially Mama Mia and the Blue Planet (which was amazing). The comedian was fun and my wife particularly enjoyed him and related to his stories. The food was very good (better than some of our cruises) and the waiters, especially Roberto, made us feel welcome with good recommendations and fast service. The ports of call were great. The cabin steward kept the cabin neat, and the balcony was the best I've seen with glass instead of steel. The shower was also the best I've used. There was a lot of walking at Labadee to the beach, but wheelchairs were available for my wife. Jamaica was fun, and the service at the beach was very good with a host who did a great job keeping us entertained. Cozumel was the trip to the Dolphinaria, and that was the high point of the trip. I was amazed at how well the dolphin trainers worked with the dolphins and the guests - they were as good or better than Hawaii. My wife swam with the dolphins and the memory of the ride with the dolphin will stay with her forever. The Allure is a great ship and the ship's crew did an excellent job. I would do it again, and my wife has already mentioned our next cruise. At the end of the cruise, we used the baggage valet option and it worked. Our luggage was picked up the night before docking and it was waiting for us on the carousel at Atlanta, and we did get a message from the valet company that it had been checked in. Customs in Fort Lauderdale was prompt and courteous, and the wheelchair for my wife worked out well. Altogether a very worthwhile trip.
