We took the cruise as a relaxing vacation and another way to visit Bermuda. We loved the idea of using the ship as a resort and also spending days at sea. However, it would have been better to have an extra day in Bermuda.

We loved staying at the Haven. It was an exceptional experience. We also loved doing the Painting by youclass, although we would have liked it a little later than 8:45 AM.

Compared to other NCL cruises we took, I was disappointed at the restaurant service level outside the Haven. Staff was a lot less attentive than in previous ships. And the wait for our meals at Cagney's and LeBistro were unacceptable (more than 60 min!).

Cabin H4

As expected, it was very well appointed. However, the mattresses in the second bedroom were very hard.
