We choose this cruise because we wanted to see more of the south of France and have had experience of river cruising with Scenic. We live in the south of England and were able to arrive at the cruise by taking the train through the Eurotunnel and southward from Paris on the TGV.
The standard of the ship was very high and we chose our particular cabin as it had a bath. The services provided by the very friendly and efficient crew were outstanding. Everyone, from the captain down, could not do enough to ensure that all the passengers made the most of the holiday.
The food was probably too good and plentiful, as were the drinks at the bar and in the cabin mini-bar!
Cabin Review
Very well appointed with a large and comfortable bed. there was also plenty of storage space. The bathroom was very well equipped and ours had a bath. The provision of bathroom consumables, by L'Occitane, were lovely. The cabin also has an enclosed balcony, which could opened up for better views and fresh air.
