Internet was really bad and towel charges kept coming up even though we returned the towels. Spent too much time with customer service defending my wallet. Did not have time to relax with family. Bonded with other people who complained about all of the things which were going wrong.

Royal Caribbean first App that shows up in the App store for Apple was a communication App like Disney. I was exited to use it and did not work for two days until I found out it was not working on this ship. What a waste of time. This company has no idea how valuable that communication information. It was a challenge to keep our 20 person group together and we missed some valuable time together. Internet person had never seen the App before. It was embarrassing to not have the information correct when we would finally get the group together and the compass agenda would change from what was posted. We had two from the same day that had different times and then there was a paper schedule for the sports that did not do either. My son could not do the wave flow rider at the end of the cruise because it was only stand up the entire last day. It took him all cruise to get the courage and then they had a height limit and you could only go one at a time so my other son and I would have to wait in a HUGE line. Bad timing and planning. They could be so much better, it just felt like I was getting a lot of bad advise and waste of time as well as money on this ship.
